INITIAL TIPS TO FOLLOW IF PLANNED FOR WEIGHT LOSS

If you are planning for weight loss then first follow the some basic tips as below:
1. One of the best ways to reduce weight is to avoid unplanned snacks.
2. It is seeing the food that makes you want to eat, so avoid keeping food in to your office drawer that you open frequently.
3. Try avoiding the routes were you have to pass through sweet shops and bakery that tempts you to eat fatty stuff.
4. Don’t leave chocolates and chips pack in the room were you watch television.
5. In the kitchen if you are planning to cook, just see your recipe and keep other things inside the cupboard or refrigerator.
6. Never watch cookery show when you feel hungry.
7. Don’t buy family pack crisps because once you start eating you cannot stop till it completed.
8. If planning to have sweets, and then make sure it is sugar free.
9. Low fat cheese is easier to control.
