TIPS TO REMOVE DARK CIRCLES


In this stressful world, most of the people don’t have sound sleep or some may not have proper sleep at all. The sleeplessness or disturbed sleep is the major cause for the dark circles. There are some other factors that causes dark circles are genetics, drinking beverages, smoking, allergies, etc. To get rid of dark circles here are some tips to follow:
• Apply vitamin E under the eye. Vitamin E capsule are available in the market, open the capsule and apply a little oil
• Do yoga everyday, especially sarvangasana.
• Take a teaspoon of tomato juice, few drops of lemon juice, pinch of turmeric powder and little flour, all this are enough to make paste. Apply this under eye and wash it off in 15 minute. It reduces your dark circles.
• Drink at least ten glass of water everyday.
• Apply cold, used tea bags your eyes. To soothe them.
• When go for outing, apply concealer to hide dark circles.
• Keep cucumber or potato slices to your lids. Leave it for ten minutes and remove. Then wash with cold water. This helps blood circulation under-eye area.
